    We want you to be totally confident about every order you place, so we have a 365 day no-quibble returns policy to put your mind at ease. 

    Our returns policy, in a nutshell

    • Returns are free, and if you're in the UK you can use our FREEPOST address
    • You can return anything for any reason, even if you just didn't like it, including if it's been opened or used
    • You can return it for up to a whole year after it was purchased
    • You will get an immediate replacement (if in stock) or full refund
    • Returns that we even suspect have been used or worn are disposed of safely or recycled 

    At Flesh Mate you can return any item, for any reason, for a whole year after you bought it.

    It doesn't matter if you don't like the size, shape or colour of your new toy, or whether you just didn't get on with it like you thought you would. 

    If you don't like it, just return it to us for free using our UK freepost returns address.

    At Flesh Mate, if you're not happy, we're not happy. It really is that simple!

    How to return an item

    Returning a product is easy and UK returns are free.

    1. 1. Fill in a returns form online
      After you submit your form, we will give you our freepost returns address if you live in the UK. You can also find a returns label on your invoice.

    2. 2. Package up your return securely
      Include as much original packaging as possible - batch numbers and barcodes help us to improve our service. Please remember to clean anything that needs it.

    3. 3. Post the item to us
      Items don't need to be returned to us by recorded post, but please do obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office.

    Then it’s over to us. Your return will be processed and a replacement or refund for products will be arranged, always within 30 days, but normally within seven days of us receiving your returned items. 

    Returning items from outside the UK?

    You can still return any purchase to us, for any reason, for up to 365 days after you bought it.

    We want our international customers to be just as confident ordering from Flesh Mate, and so if you don't like your purchase for any reason whatsoever, you can still return it to us for a whole year.

    For international customers we do ask that you pay for returns shipping, but if your product was faulty, we'll reimburse your postage costs along with your refund, or when we send you a replacement item.

    Our returns policy and your rights

    The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.

    At Flesh Mate, we go even further. You can cancel your order within 365 days for a full refund. Your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation - normally within seven days of us receiving your returned product. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
